Embedded System Software Engineer
Requirement
1. Responsible for the embedded software design and development of the brushless DC motor drive board, including but not limited to the implementation of motor control algorithms, programming of human-machine interaction interfaces, etc;
2. Optimize motor control performance, improve efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.
3. Collaborate with hardware engineers to conduct joint debugging of software and hardware.
4. Provide necessary technical support for production and after-sales service.
5. Write and maintain software design documents, user manuals, and operation guides.
6. Ensure that software quality meets company and industry standards.
7. Track the latest technological developments in the field of embedded systems and upgrade existing products.
Job responsibilities
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation or related fields;
2. Proficient in C/C++programming language, with good programming habits and code management skills;
3. Familiar with at least one mainstream embedded operating system, such as FreeRTOS, uCOS, etc;
4. Understand motor control theory and have experience in developing BLDC motor control algorithms is preferred;
5. Familiar with commonly used communication protocols, such as I2C, SPI, CAN, etc;
6. Familiar with embedded system hardware and its working principles, able to perform hardware level software debugging;
7. More than three years of experience in embedded software development, with priority given to those with experience in developing software for motor drives or related electronic products.
Motor Algorithm Engineer
Requirement
1. Responsible for the development of vector control, direct torque control, FOC and other control algorithms for brushless DC motors;
2. Optimize motor control performance, improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and enhance the dynamic response of the system;
3. Convert the algorithm into embeddable software code and collaborate with hardware engineers to implement hardware deployment of the algorithm;
4. Use simulation tools to test and verify the motor control algorithm;
5. Provide technical support related to algorithms to the production department, ensuring the reliability and stability of algorithms in practical applications;
6. Write and maintain technical documents and user manuals for motor control algorithms;
7. Based on product feedback and market trends, continuously improve motor algorithms to enhance product competitiveness.
Job responsibilities
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation or related fields.
2. Proficient in motor control theory, including motor modeling, dynamic response analysis, etc;
3. Familiar with the working principle and control strategy of BLDC motors;
4. Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent simulation software for algorithm simulation;
5. Familiar with C/C++programming, able to convert algorithms into real-time code in embedded systems;
6. Understand at least one embedded operating system and real-time operating system;
7. More than three years of experience in developing brushless motor control algorithms, with practical experience in brushless motor drive projects preferred.
